Michael Verdier_resized_Web
Michel Verdier Jr, Director of Food Services

Michel is of Haitian descent and was born and raised in Roxbury, MA.

While Michel has an expertise in Caribbean cuisine, those talents are eclipsed by an accumulation of over 20 years of culinary experience in establishments offering selections ranging from gourmet to everyday.

Prior to taking over the reigns of our food service operations, Michel had already distinguished himself in a similar capacity for another MA senior living community, responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the kitchen, managing all dietary staff and ensuring food and safety compliance. His passion for cooking and his affection for our residents is reflected in the flavorful and varied menu offerings he brings to the Susan Bailis table each day.

Michel’s love for cooking and his desire to excite the palate is shared with a love of family and sports. He currently resides South of Boston.

In just a short time, Stephanie has distinguished herself as the recipient of a number of hospitality and service awards. With her contagious smile, she greets every visitor who comes through our front doors and assists residents in every way, every day.

She happily resides within 15 minutes of our community.
